#1: A Different Way to Support Your Animal
- Your animal is constantly reading you — your emotions, tension, pace, and overall presence. When your inner state shifts, your animal naturally shifts as well. My work supports you in creating a calm, grounded inner environment where trust and connection can grow with ease.
- Alongside presence-based practices from the Trust Technique, I use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping as a gentle tool to help regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and bring greater ease to both you and your animal. This is quiet, powerful work — and it can be deeply transformative. EFT tapping is done on both you and your animal.
#2: Why This Works
This isn’t about obedience — it’s about relationship. Through awareness-based practices, including EFT tapping, you’ll learn to:
- Release your own emotional tension that your animal may be responding to.
- Create a sense of safety and peacefulness that your animal can truly feel.
- Your animal finally has the opportunity to tell his/her story to someone who has the ability to truly listen. And to expel highly charged emotions of that story if needed.
- EFT tapping gently helps clear emotional patterns, allowing for a positive shift in behavior.
#3: This Is For You If:
- You’re open to exploring your own inner patterns that may be influencing or contributing to your animal’s issue.
- You’re open to new thought and new techniques for change that support both you and your animal.
#4: What You Can Expect:
- Sessions are currently offered via video chat. Before we meet, I’ll send you a few reflective questions to help you explore what may be happening internally. During our video session, I’ll guide you through EFT tapping on yourself using your responses.
- I’ll also communicate with your animal to understand what they may be holding onto emotionally. We’ll then reconnect on video, where I’ll guide you in gently tapping on your animal while we offer supportive phrases that came through during the communication.
- After the session, you’ll go about your normal routine and observe any changes, then report back what you notice. While this may sound complex at first, I will guide you through each step so the process feels calm, clear, and supportive.
