Hi, I’m someone who’s worn many hats over the years—but at the heart of it all, I’ve always been passionate about connection, healing, and growth. My journey began with horses and mules, where I spent decades training using the best methods available at the time. Still, I knew something was missing. I believed there had to be a better way—one that honored the animal’s mind, emotions, and spirit. Back then, mindful equine education wasn’t on the radar.
Eventually, I realized that true transformation doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens when we teach the humans, too. Life moved forward, and priorities shifted. I found a home, built a livelihood, and explored my second love: helping people heal.
I trained in hypnosis, NLP, and a variety of holistic modalities, working with individuals to overcome emotional and physical challenges. But I never stopped wondering—could these same tools help animals?
Certified Trust Technique Practitioner
Years later, I found the answer I’d been searching for: the Trust Technique. It’s a gentle, intuitive approach that brings people and animals together through mindfulness, emotional awareness, and deep trust. It’s the missing piece I longed for all those years ago. Now, I work with animals (primarily with equines and other livestock) and their humans—together as a Certified Trust Technique Practitioner.
I, and others, also hold donation only Animal Healing Circles to assist animals to further their own physical self-healing using the practice of the Trust Technique.

Airbnb Host, Cindy Attar - Welcome to Your Desert Retreat 🌵
To supplement my retirement income—and share the beauty of my home—I host two cozy guest rooms through Airbnb. Each space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for your stay. While the rooms may be modest in size, they open up to a breathtaking desert view that’s hard to beat.
Step outside onto the patio and you’ll find the perfect spot to unwind, soak in the serenity, and enjoy the quiet charm of the landscape—weather permitting, of course.
You’ll also be greeted by my beloved co-host, Lewis—a part Chihuahua, part <other> with a heart full of love. Most guests fall for him instantly, and I still wonder how I got so lucky to have him by my side.
Whether you're here for peace, quiet & rest, nearby adventures, to meet Lewis, have an inspiring spiritual discussion, working on improving self or animal, we look forward to welcoming you. Check out the link below.
